ALL-Accor Live Limitless: The Complete Guide (2024)

Earning loads of ALL points isn’t as easy as point-printing machines like Hilton or Marriott. For one, there are no co-branded Accor credit card options. Transfer partners are also limited. However, there are still plenty of ways to earn them.

Hotel Stays

With over 5,600 properties worldwide and 40-plus brands, ranging from high-end luxury to budget accommodations, Accor has an option for everyone—you can find the complete list of Accor’s brands here. And with all those properties, there are just as many opportunities to earn ALL points.

To earn ALL points, you must sign up for a free ALL-Accor Live Limitless account. Registration takes just a few minutes and requires basic information like your name and the state and country in which you reside.

ALL rewards members earn points for each stay at a participating property. For the most part, for every 10 euros you spend at an Accor property, you’ll earn at least 25 ALL Reward points. You’ll accumulate even more points as you build loyalty with Accor and climb the status ladder.

The following list shows each tier of elite status and its respective earning rate for every 10 euros spent at a participating Accor property:

  • Classic: 25 ALL points
  • Silver: 31 ALL points
  • Gold: 37 ALL points
  • Platinum: 44 ALL points
  • Diamond: 50 ALL points

There are a few exceptions to the rates listed above:

For stays at Ibis, Ibis Styles and Mama Shelter properties, you’ll earn at the following rate per 10 euros spent:

  • Classic: 12.5 ALL points
  • Silver: 15.5 ALL points
  • Gold: 18.5 ALL points
  • Platinum: 22 ALL points
  • Diamond: 25 ALL points

At Mantra, Peppers, BreakFree, Art Series and Adagio (excluding Adagio Access), as well as at long-stay brands, for every 10 euros, you’ll earn the following:

  • Classic: 10 ALL points
  • Silver: 12.5 ALL points
  • Gold: 15 ALL points
  • Platinum: 17.5 ALL points
  • Diamond: 20 ALL points

Adagio Access, Jo&Joe and Greet properties earn the following points per 10 euros spent:

  • Classic: 5 ALL points
  • Silver: 6.25 ALL points
  • Gold: 7.5 ALL points
  • Platinum: 8.75 ALL points
  • Diamond: 10 ALL points

Elite Status

Having elite status can make your visit go from good to great. Not only do you earn more points per stay, but the higher the status, the more perks and benefits you can enjoy—think complimentary room upgrades, welcome gifts and even free breakfast.

With ALL-Accor Live Limitless, you can choose from two options to earn elite status. The first option is to accumulate ALL Status points, which are separate and not to be confused with the ALL Rewards points discussed above. The second way to reach status is by staying a specific number of qualifying nights.

The following list shows the elite status tiers, the number of nights or Status points needed to achieve each level and the benefits associated with each.

Classic. No nights or Status points required. You’ll receive this status as soon as you sign up. Classic members receive:

  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Exclusive offers
  • Partner benefits
  • Member Rates

Silver.10 nights or 2,000 Status points (800 euros spent). As a Silver elite member, you’ll receive all of the benefits of the Classic tier plus:

  • A welcome drink
  • Priority welcome
  • Late checkout

Gold.30 nights or 7,000 Status points (2,800 euros spent). Gold members receive all of the benefits of the lower tiers in addition to the following:

  • Guaranteed room availability
  • Room upgrade
  • Early check-in or late checkout

Platinum.60 nights or 14,000 Status points (5,600 euros spent). As a Platinum elite status holder, you’ll receive all of the previously listed benefits plus:

  • Suite night upgrades
  • Access to the executive lounge
  • Premium Wi-Fi

Diamond.26,000 Status points (10,400 euros spent). Diamond is ALL’s highest tier. You can only reach this status by earning Status points (spending money). This tier receives each of the lower tier’s benefits plus the following:

  • Free breakfast on weekends
  • Dining and spa rewards
  • Free Gold status for a person of your choice

That’s a lot of information and pieces to calculate how many points you can earn for stays. But Accor makes things easy to figure out thanks to its points calculator. Put in your status, the brand you will be staying with, the cost and the currency and voilà—your rewards points and Status points will be calculated with no math necessary on your end.

Transfer Partners

Accor does not offer co-branded credit card options in the U.S. Internationally, ALL-Accor Live Limitless Visa cards have launched in France and are gradually becoming available in other European countries. There’s also a Mastercard in Indonesia that’s issued by the bank Cimb Niaga.

Despite no co-branded card options in the U.S., you can still earn credit card points that can be used for Accor stays thanks to partnerships with Capital One and Citi. Capital One Rewards miles can be transferred to ALL points at a rate of 2:1. To earn transferable Capital One Rewards miles, you’ll need to have one of the Venture credit cards, such as the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card, the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card or the Venture X Business*.

Citi ThankYou Points can also be converted to ALL points at a 2:1 ratio—sometimes there are transfer bonuses. You’ll need to have the Citi Premier® Card (no longer accepting applications) or the Citi Prestige® Card* (no longer accepting applications) to transfer your Citi points to Accor Live Limitless. However, a few other cards earn ThankYou Points that can become transferable by combining them with a Citi Premier or Citi Prestige account. Examples include the Citi Double Cash® Card, Citi Custom Cash® Card and Citi Rewards+® Card.

Shopping Portal

Earning ALL points without ever setting foot in an Accor property is not only possible, but relatively simple. ALL members can access the Accor shopping portal, Collections, and earn points on every eligible purchase made at participating retailers. Rates vary from merchant to merchant, but you can expect to collect anywhere from 1 point per dollar spent to over 10 points per dollar.

To use the portal, simply navigate to the Collections page and login using your ALL membership credentials. Once you’re logged in, search for the merchant you would like to shop with. Use the link provided and make sure to do all of your shopping through that page to ensure proper tracking. Points will be approved around 45 days after making your purchase, and once approved, your rewards should be deposited within 24 hours.

Dining

Limitless Dining allows ALL members to earn ALL points for eating out. You must first download the Accor ALL app. Next, link your credit card (use one with a restaurant bonus category to earn more rewards) and pay for your meal at a participating restaurant with that linked card.

Other Ways To Earn

  • Car rentals. Get 3 ALL points per euro spent with Hertz.
  • Miles+Bonus. Earn points each time you take an eligible flight with Air France-KLM, Qatar and Qantas (terms apply).
  • Airline partners. Accor lets you convert airline miles to ALL points with 12 partner airlines—rates vary by partner.
  • Priority Pass. When you join Priority Pass, you can earn up to 1,500 ALL points. You’ll need to use ALL’s dedicated Priority Pass link as well as input your ALL membership number when registering. While earning points for signing up for Priority Pass is nice, remember that several credit cards offer complimentary lounge access as a benefit, which could be a much better option.
